Matt Stutzman was born without any arms but he holds the world record for the farthest accurate shot in Archery. You should seriously watch his perform as it is so heart touching and poignant and makes you so so so proud of him! This year he is going for the gold and I am cheering for him! :D

U.S. Army Sergeant Elizabeth Marks is lucky to be alive, let alone taking part in her first Paralympic Games in Rio.

The 25-year-old was injured in Iraq in 2010 while serving as a medic, but recovered to become a successful Para-swimmer, bidding for the chance for Paralympic success.

Their courage to conquer the odds against them. My respect to them all

That they have the will and fortitude to not only compete, but compete just as well if not better than people with no disability. I have mental disabilities, but physical ones surpass mine. And they perform at the top

Can't judge a person by their looks, you never know someone with a disability is capable of; so should be proud of them.

I don't recall any specific Paralympic athletes, but I do remember Bethany Hamilton, whom was similarly incapacitated in some way (in her case losing an arm to a shark), yet kept going with her dream to be he best at surfing. Stories like that in general are real nice to look back to when in tough times yourself ^^

Nick rogers, my little brother. Double amputee, came from a small town in maine. He's always been so inspirational! He just started training this past year or so, it was his dream to go to the Paralympics much less run in it. He is now the 3rd fastest double amputee in the world! He is the fastest 100 m dash runner in the u.s.a I couldn't be any prouder of this young man. He made it to the finals and placed 8 not too shabby for someone's first Paralympics let alone that he hasn't trained nearly as long as the other athletes. Love him so much!
