Most, but not all, countries pay their athletes money for winning an Olympic medal. In the US, I think it is $25,000 for a gold medal.

Yes, not sure of the exact amounts, but I think US gold medal winners are paid $25,000, and silver and bronze are paid less.

Yes they get endorsements from various companies and the right of use of their images on products from serial to clothing to whatever which makes Revenue from it all
