Outside of genetic factors which people can't control most health problems are caused by controllables: poor diet, lack of exercise, poor sleep habits, bad posture, bad attitude, tobacco use, and stress.

I work out with a trainer twice a week and I have a good diet. But I battle rheumatoid arthritis and the meds that put weight on. It's horrible to be doing the right thing but your body betrays you. But I will continue to make myself strong despite all that.

I believe it's a part of self love, but I also am wise enough to know that life altering diseases can also have an effect on someone's health and weight as well as the ability to exercise .. I don't judge things nor people
